At the beginning of October the College of Europe announced the opening of applications for the academic year 2020-2021. Candidates can submit their application until 15 January 2020. Importantly, Polish candidates can apply for the full scholarships thanks to the support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland (more information here).
